Counselor's Corner:

CRT's begin March 12.  Make sure your students are there or they will have to make up the test later.  It's the law!  A good night's rest and healthy food always improves test scores.

Guidance has been focusing on grief and loss.  Who can you talk to when you are sad?  What are healthy ways of expressing grief?  Writing, drawing, exercising, talking to someone about the loss are all healthy ways to express grief.  Don't keep it inside!

What do you do after the loss of a loved one? The Northwest Community Health Center in Libby runs a grief group for adults 2x/month and is open to the community. Please contact: Amy M. Allison, MSW, Grief Coordinator, NCH Center, 320 East 2nd St., Libby, MT 59923, 406-283-6912.
